    The decentralization policy stipulated in the Constitution of Number 22 of 1999 gives impact to many aspects of government management including in education. This research investigates the assessor’s competence in implementing their main tasks based on the decree of Number 15/KEP/MENPAN/3/2002 and the obstacles in implementing the decree. The research conducted in East Java covering four districts used qualitative approach and the data were collected by interview and document study. The result of this research concludes that the assessor’s competence has not completely met the requirements stated in the Minister’s decree. Local government has given support in implementing the Minister’s decree. However, the problems faced include the lack of assessors’ competences, unclear criteria for professional assessor’s formation based on work load, and the inability of the assessors to count their working credits

    Perceptions of Students Using E-Learning Application in Learning Science

    the purpose of this research is to know the implementation of learning using e-learning. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach and literature review as reference material. Data collection tools used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. This research study focuses on class 2019 students who carry out learning using e-learning applications. Data collected from students were then analyzed using reduction data, presentation data, and verification data. The results of this study are then poured into writing after checking the validity of the data so that the data can be trusted. Triangulation is one of the data validity techniques used in this study. So that the results obtained are that students' perceptions of learning using e-learning are different, namely: students and lecturers do not fully understand the implementation of e-learning; facilities provided by campuses do not support e-learning based learning, such as WiFi and internet quota subsidies; lack of interaction between lecturers and students, and some lecturers have not fully implemented e-learning

    IMPLEMENTASI PENILAIAN AUTENTIK KURIKULUM 2013 SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 4 MALIMONGAN KOTA PALOPO

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru tentang penilaian autentik, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan penilaian autentik di SD Negeri 4 Malimongan Kota Palopo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 4 Malimongan Kota Palopo. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu : (i) guru mengetahui adanya penilaian autentik dalam Kurikulum 2013 tetapi belum memahami secara luas dan mendalam, (ii) pada aspek perencanaan telah memenuhi sebagian besar indikator. Hal ini ditandai dengan kesiapan guru membuat rubrik dan instrumen penilaian untuk setiap teknik yang akan dipakai dalam melaksanakan penilaian autentik, (iii) guru telah melaksanakan penilaian autentik secara menyeluruh tetapi guru belum menggunakan teknik penilaian autentik yang bervariasi, dan (iv) faktor pendukung pelaksanaan penilaian autentik adalah adanya motivasi, adanya buku guru, kesiapan siswa dalam pembelajaran, pemahaman dan penguasaan guru. Faktor penghambat adalah, keterbatasan waktu dalam menilai, terlalu banyak perangkat pembelajaran yang harus disusun, kurangnya pemahaman guru, dan jumlah peserta didik dalam satu kelas yang melebihi jumlah maksimal.     ANALISIS KESIAPAN SISWA DALAM MENGHADAPI ASESMEN NASIONAL (ASESMEN KOMPETENSI MINIMUM)

    Salah satu kebijakan dari program Merdeka Belajar adalah meniadakan Ujian Nasional (UN) dan penilaian digantikan dengan Asesmen Nasional (AN) meliputi Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM), Survei karakter, serta Survei lingkungan belajar. AKM digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar kognitif meliputi literasi membaca dan literasi numerasi. Hingga saat ini penelitian terkait numerasi masih sangat kurang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei dan test melalui penyebaran angket, tes literasi numerasi, dan wawancara. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kemampuan literasi numerasi berbasis AKM siswa kelas VIII SMP Tunas Harapan Malaka masih berada pada kategori sangat rendah. Data hasil angket mengenai pemahaman mengenai istilah Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) menyatakan bahwa 33.3% paham (7 responden), 23.8% tidak paham (5 responden), dan 42.9% ragu (9 responden).     Students' Creative Thinking Ability in Solving Mathematics Problems Based On Gender

    This qualitative research aims to describe students' creative thinking ability in solving math problems in terms of gender. The instruments used are tests and interviews. The research subject is distinguished by gender selected based on the daily score and the final test score. It consists of four students: one male and one female student with high achievement, one male and one female with low achievement. Based on the result of observation on the four selected subjects, it was obtained that (1) male and female high-achievement students get the same score in solving math problems. In addition, indicators of creative ability, which can be seen from the answer sheets in solving these problems and interviews, are the same in the creative category (2) for low achievement students, males and females earn different scores; however, indicators of creative are classified in not creative category ability. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that in this study, gender does not affect students' creative thinking skills in solving math problem

    Efforts to Overcome Students' Difficulties in Understanding the Concept of Story Problems with the Problem-Solving Method and the Question and Answer Method in Science Learning

    Science learning concepts are organized logically and systematically from the simplest to the most complex concepts. Students experience difficulties in solving word problems. Word problems have an important role and are often used to assess students' ability to solve problems in questions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the problem solving method and the question and answer method in overcoming students' difficulties in understanding the concept of story questions. The research method uses quantitative methods with one group pretest posttest. The sample in the study was 30 people. The research results obtained that the problem solving method and question and answer method both have a significant value of 0.000 <0.005. So that it can be said that the two methods have a significant influence in efforts to overcome students' difficulties in understanding the concept of word problems

    Analisis Soal Ujian Sekolah Mata Pelajaran IPS Di SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Angkona Kabupaten Luwu Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018

    Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas Soal Ujian Sekolah Mata Pelajaran IPS di SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Angkona Kabupaten Luwu Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 ditinjau secara teoretik dan empirik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar jawaban peserta tes sebanyak 381 lembar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis secara teoretis dan analisis empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara teoretik disimpulkan bahwa (i) dari segi validitas muka aspek ketepatan butir mengukur indikator dan aspek kejelasan bahasa menunjukkan instrumen layak untuk digunakan sedangkan aspek komponen kegrafikaan menunjukkan tidak layak untuk digunakan, (ii) valid secara isi, (iii) tidak memenuhi unsur validitas logik. Secara empirik disimpulkan bahwa (i) tingkat kesukaran sebagian besar berada pada kategori sedang, (ii) daya pembeda sebagian besar berada pada kategori baik, (iii) efektivitas pengecoh sebagian besar telah berfungsi, (iv) validitas kriteria internal sebagian besar butir valid, (v) memiliki koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,74.     Effectiveness of The Inquiry Training Model to Improve Students' Critical Thinking Skills in Learning: Systematic Literature Reviews and Meta-Analysis

    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Inquiry training model to improve students' critical thinking skills in science learning. This type of research is a systematic literature review and meta-analysis.  Research data sources come from national and international journals. The process of searching for sources in this study through the google scholar database, Eric, ScienceDirect, Wiley, Taylor or Francis, and ProQuest. Data collection techniques with direct observation and documentation. Inclusion criteria in this study are journals or proceedings indexed by SINTA, DOAJ, EBSCO, and Scopus; type of experimental or quasi-experimental research; research variables related to inquiry training in science learning (Biology, physics, and chemistry); journal or proceedings published in 2017-2023 and 5) Has complete research data standard deviation, Standard Erro, t value, and others. The data analysis technique is quantitative statistical data analysis with the help of the JSAP application. The results showed an average effect size value of (ES = 1.90) and a Standard Error (SE = 0.67).     The Effect of Logico-Mathematical Intelligence on the Ability to Solve Mathematical Problems Based on the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) of Students

    This research aims to know the effect of students’ logico-mathematical intelligence on their ability to solve mathematical problems based on the AKM. This research is ex-post facto research. This research was conducted on 31 grade XII MIPA students of SMAN 5 Sinjai in the academic year 2021/2022. The data were collected using students’ logico-mathematical intelligence and literacy numeracy tests. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) students’ logico-mathematical intelligence is in the moderate category, (2) students’ ability to solve mathematical problems based on AKM is in the moderate category, and (3) students’ logico-mathematical intelligence affects students’ ability to solve mathematical problems based on AKM
